time on = time off protocol

i understand and respect the time on = time off protocol. its totaly logical to me..but does any 1 out there go thru cruise periods of low dosed lets say primobolan or var or gh during their off cycle in addition to maybe no2 and glutamine..or is it just simply otc supplements when off periods are in use.
i mean sumtin maybe non-suppressive to the HPTA that wudnt imply us to begin a PCT just mild to get us thru.

I've heard of people using low dosages of mildly suppressive compounds off cycle to bridge(i.e. Var, Primo, etc..), but I haven't ever tried it.

Off topic, that woman in your avy has the perfect body.
On topic, I've decided to cruise and do a couple of more cycles the rest of the year. But then again, I'm an idiot.

All gear is suppressive to the HPTA, true var is mild but not primo. I am not sure why people think primo is mild to the HPTA, bad rumor. Lots of people "cruise" but it's not considered time off. The purpose of time off is to get the HPTA working again and in order to do so one must be off all gear and IMO off all ancillaries like nolva/clomid/AIs. Let the HPTA work on it's own for a period of time. It sucks at first but it much better in the long run and your next cycle will work better.

Enanthate right now but will be switching to cyp just because of the situation. I get the same results with test E, C, P, never tried sust or susp and don't plan on trying them in the future. BUT, I'm trying this out just for my own reasons and for first hand experience and I don't recommend this at home.

Steroid receptors become saturated after a while, and you will not respond to gear as well. The time off allows those receptors time to recuperate. You will respond much better to your next cycle without cruising, or bridging.

There is no evidence regarding the receptor theory. As a matter a fact, Steroids increase AR receptors.

The main reason gains stop is because your body will ALWAYS strive for homeostasis. A major increase in anabolic hormones will eventually cause your body to fight this. That is why cycles begin to stall, an increase in the anabolic hormones you are taking will solve the problem.

in regards to most recent post..are u implying that its okay to cruise or bridge. and with which compounds would u go with. strictly anabolics like eq since deca and tren supresss htpa badly.

I guess my quesiton to you Vega would be why don't you want to come off and give your body time to recouperate after a cycle? Is it age or what? I would be willing to bet we all hate it when we come off but after awhile a cycle just quits giving you gains like what Giant is saying. My last cycle I listened to my body and it told me when I was done. IMHO if there isn't a reason, a good reason, to stay on and cruise, then just give up the few pounds lost through pct and stick hard to your diet and wait for the next cycle.-Erwin

thankx erwin. i guess its the psychological dependency of training with them versus without them. ill probably minimize my cycles to short esterfied versions of 8 weeks..giving me 8 weeks to recover and i cud than look 4ward to starting fresh again. thats probably the only way ill combat this psychological mess...

I always struggle with it, knowing I am coming off and my strength is going to go down and I will lose some pounds but as long as you stick to the diet and don't overtrain when you come off and do A GOOD PCT, then you can look forward to your next cycle and plan out an even better one looking back on the last and seeing what worked and what didn't. Good luck bro-Erwin

I totally Agree with this but wouldnt that mean it would be more efficient to raise your dosage/food intake readjusting levels every week then stopping cold turkey?

I bridge with deca or primobolan depo every time, but never "cruise." Never tried it and never will.

You wont "cruise" but you bridge with Deca? Not understanding that logic...

I was wondering about that myself.
