i too have read its a good choice for cardio but never tried it,btw cool username terminator1 was my fave arnie flick![]()
EQ is supposed to increase RBC count. So up to a certain point in dosage it should help with cardio. Too much and water weight becomes a factor.

Yes i believe its a good choice. I get severe water retention very easily and while taking eq at 400/week stayed nice and ripped.
Dont know how much higher then that before water starts becoming a prob since i never tried it.
What about taking an AI with it? That might help with the water retention and bloating.

I think all aas increase rbc count. would not take eq for this, or any other, reason.
