pct- i was told nolva(the real deal) 2weeks prior goin off with clomid.and then hcg. but i took the supp. nolva bc it wasnt a big cycle.
i no i shud no more about pct, i will research more. but i no y to take pcts.
food-
2am- wate gainer,grits, cereal, together......or left over supper
5am-same
11am- same
12pm-wate shak wate shake=4scoops of icecream, nesquick,milk
after that gym
2pm-protein shake not wateganer, meal-pizza, or left over dinner,or bar
and after that just every 2-3hrs, mostly leftover supper or made somethin like a big sandwhich or hamburger helper. but all meals w a shake
