tamox or L-dex

Can I use either tamox or L-dex for gyno symptoms while I'm still on my cycle? If yes, which one is best and how much?

BTW, I got these from AR and they have the spray applicator - approximately how much of a ml is dispensed with each pump/spray? Does anyone know?

l-dex 3-5 sprays ED or EOD depending on severity of symptoms.

also thats for preventing (like your nips are itchy)

if you already have lumps you are gonna need letro (stronger form of l-dex, gonna have more sides though).

If your getting gyno symtoms, I say throw in the kitchen sink until they subside (take an AI+nolvadex). L-dex should be sufficent if you have no symptoms and keep estrogen closer to normal limits.

Liquidex is the way to go while you are on cycle.

ya ldex is most likely your best bet, I wouldnt recomend those pumps, you should consider getting an oral syringe.
