Question regarding Gyno v5.43938
Hey guys,
First off, im not sure which section i should post this in as its a bit of a different question, so i apologize.
I dont do cycles and dont plan on it (my fiance would kill me). I'm 25, 6'3 208lbs and about 15-16% BF (this is guessing as i never got it tested just from pics i have seen, it can possibly be less so im not fat by any means). I have gyno and its kinda bad. Its puberty induced and i have lived with it for about 8 -9 years. I never knew what it was till about 2 weeks ago when my friend showed me that great article that Bino wrote. I plan on trying the letro method, starting at .5mg then 1.0mg and so on till 2.5mg ed.
My question is, do u guys feel its worth while trying letro since i have had gyno for a long time as it was from my puberty? I know everyone says to take it ASAP when you notice it, but thats from doing cycles.
I will post some pics on myself when i have a chance of my results of working out without cycles and would be interested what people would have to say.
TIA.

I think Letro only reverses gyno if it's recent or in it's early stages. 8-9 years is quite a long time, and I think your only option might be surgery.

letro greatly reduces my gyno, it was at least 9 years i had had it.
Give it a try. watch for rebound when you come off. Taper down real slow.
It will likely kill your sex drive though...

Start of at .5mg and go up .5 mg a day will i get to 2.5mg and stay at that till my gyno is gone or its gone down and cant go down anymore. Then stay on it for a week, but taper down like i did going up. On my last day, i will take Nolva at night at 20mg and 20mg a day for a week, then my last week go to 10 mg and im done ( i got this info from C Binos thread).
Also, my fiance is aware of this, so the no sex part will be hard, but im sure we will live through it lol
What do u think?

or I could come over and me and the fiance can get to know one another!! In all seriousness it will not remove the lump that is set in, but it will def remove the estrogen fat that has grown around the gyno lump. The fat is what gives us the bitch tits look. The lump isn't all that big, but the fat that is produced due to high estrogen and hangs out in the area is the 'boob'. Good luck with it bro!
