pimples on head and balding question

i started a thread a couple days ago about balding. i am about to order some stuff for it tomorrow. just want to throw another thing in before i do. ive had a pimple on the back of my head for about a month now, i pop it and it comes back. anyway i noticed today i have more pimples on my head. i have found three. they are painful to pop and bleed more than normal when i pop them. this doesnt have anything to do with the balding does it.

also these are the things i was told to get for balding do i need all of them, just want to make sure before i go blowing all my money.

nizoral 2%
finasteride
spiro 5 %

also wanted to add i notice that my hair falls out more at work when im sweating my as* off

dutasteride cuts out 2 forms of dht, one of which (and correct me if i'm wrong here guys cause i'm not positive) is responsible for acne.

when i'm on duta i don't get a single pimple even on test. not that i'm really prone, but seriously.. not one.

and i know some of the anti-hair loss shampoos (definitely at least 1 of the ones you are getting) double as anti acne cream. so you don't really need to be concerned.

I had few pimple on my head while doing dbol with test e. it sucks, but it gradually dissappear.

You do not need finasteride if you get dutasteride.

A very effective stack against Test but remember most of these you have to stay on them forever. Not obligatory but ideally.
