    Injection ?

    Is it still ok to shoot cypionate once a week? I don't reaaly care if i have to shoot twice, but just want to know if i can.

    Yes, it is actually designed for 1.5 week administrations, as blood concentrations are elevated for about 10 days. However, it is wiser for bb'ers go 2x weekly to maintain stable levels, which avoids peaks and valleys, while alleviating sides effects.
