    Creaky wrists

Just finishing up a 12 week cycle and lately I've noticed my joints are getting a little creaky especially my wrists.

Any suggestions?? Should I up the Deca since it helps lube up the joints?? It hasn't stopped me from lifting just kind of annoying and I'm kind of anxious to finish up the heavy lifting to rest up the wrists, elbows, knees, etc.

Any advice is very helpful and thank you to everyone who gives input on these threads.

Don't up anything. Go into pct and get heavy on some joint repair.

What kind of joint repair would you recommend?? I take glutamine and glucosimine chondroitin. What else is helpful?

I hate 'off cycle'! I get all kinds of joint problems and tendonitis, wrist, forearms, rotator, knees.

    Try ibuprofin, or
I go to the doc and get a script for an anti-inflammitory. That eventually heals it up.

The other thing that is getting a little difficult to deal with is forearm pain/strain.

On the outside of each forearm about 6 inches above the wrist, it feels like a knot or a strain. Probably just a strain from overuse and getting too strong too quick but doing chest today when I would finish with a set the pain was pretty intense. Very little or no discomfort during but after, wow.
