    Question Nolvadex

I have one question. from what i have read many people say that you should use nolvadex to prevent gyno. but nolvadex is also igf-1 suppressive and it blocks your receptor sites witch in the end slows your gains and doesnt allow AS to get to the receptor cites.
    can somone clarify on this?

Nolvadex will decrease gains by 5-10%. Remember though, these extra gains are mostly caused by increased water retention caused by estrogen. Estrogen also increases fat gain. Increased I-Gf1 also can cause gyno. Arimidex or liquidex is the choice, but nolvadex is a sloid choice too. I would hold off untill minor signs of gyno are present.
