Hi, I am 26 yrs old wei***ng 77kg (170lbs) 5ft 10" and Im just getting back into my workout routine after a 5 month slump. As you can Imagine I have lost most of what I had acheived on and off over the previous couple of years. I would like to get back to a muscular build. However, I dont want to be huge, I just want to do it a bit faster and easier.
I have started following a 4 day split workout routine and diet Im confident in (in a book Ive purchased) including a protein shake suppliment twice a day. I have read a lot about the risks, side effects and usage of steroids but still feel quite confused when faced with making a decision between all the different types and doses out there. I am also concerned about the effects of estrogen (gynecomastia). I have read that a user should have something on hand like Novalex, but when should I use it(during cycle or after) and at what dose?
As you can tell I know very little about this subject but it is through no lack of research, just confusion. I would like advise on a steroid plan for my situation. Id like to know informed opinions on what type of steroids or combinations to use? at what dosage?(keeping in mind I would opt for a lower dosage cycle to suit my goal and to minimise side effects and I would prefer oral form) what other drugs will i need to fight off estrogen side effects? at what dosage? and when should I use them? I will keep researching to learn more but id like it if someone could help me with a cycle plan (like a workout routine) to suit my situation.
