I blew out my left shoulderlast thursday doing a over head press with 120lb dumbells(personal best). I got a buddy who juices and is a chiropractor and he says to take a week off of lifting. I can still do arms, legs, abs, back with no pain. So should i just not do any chest and shoulder or should i stop lifting for a whole week or so. And im 2 weeks in to a test prop, dbol and tren cycle, do I come off or stay on that.
