Post Cycle T3= Anything to take or do?
Ive read mixed opinions about what to take or do post cycle of T3.

Read it wrong..that is a good question though i'd like to see an answer to that tooo. I think most people would just say taper down gradually so you dont cause a shock to your thyroid

I am just worried about any rebound effects on body comp.
I am in the best shape of my life and don't want any fat to come back. I am not going to change diet at all and keep hitting it hard. I have been of t3 for a few days and feel fine.

Yea i wouldnt worrry about a rebound effect. As long as you keep up diet and cardio you will be okay..does wonders huh? t3 that is with a propert diet..what was the length and dosage of your cycle??

Nice sounds good yea...i dont liek runnin t3 without test or anything else..you takeway much muscle even with lots of protein..thats my personal expierence great though...I plan incorporating into my next cycle idk if iw ant o lean out or bulk up..abbs are hard to get lol

Dude, don't taper down. It's a waste of time. Your thyroid gland works just like any other endocrine gland in your body - as long as there is exogenous thyroid hormone in your system, your own thyroid gland won't produce anything. Tapering doesn't do a thing, and all these things about 'shocking' the thyroid are just rumors. As soon as you come completely off the T3, your thyroid will start producing it's own again.
