hey guys im almost finished my 12 week sust only cycle and im about to start my PCT but i was wondering how long should i wait to do my next cycle or ive heard of people bridging their previous cycle but dont really know the in's an out's of bridging a cycle.. any help will be appriciated
cmon guys noone keen to answer? after reading a bit about bridging i dont think its for me! But my main question still is 'how long should i wait (after PCT) till i start my next cycle'?
my current cycle looks like
Sust 250
week 1-12 (250mg E3D)
and my PCT will be
Clomid
day1 (200mg)
day2-11 (100mg)
day12-30 (50mg)
My next cycle will be HGH, IG-F, halo and sust

Have you tried to search for this? It has been asked countless times.
The typical protocol is: time on + PCT = time off.
time on+pct=time off, generally speaking. the best method to be sure would be getting blood work done
