I've taken two. Made a big difference for me as 1 really did not do anything for me. You can take it hours before you do anything as it will last some time. The main problem is trying not to get an erection every time the wind blows the next day. Can get embarassing when you can not stand up because you have full wood all of a sudden. I really do not need it, just testing it out. It will make erections fuller and harder. Almost freaking hurts.
