lump from winny

Ive got a lump from injecting winstrol. Seems like winstrol always swells a bit and gets quite sore. I've injected strombols right from italy and Im sure they were not fake. Now I procured some ugl winstrol to finish my cycle and I have a lump in my lat. Its not painful, it doesn't feel full of fluid it just feels like a swollen goose egg. My question is, is it going to go away?? Is it one of those dreaded cysts or whatever that the doctor has to cut out??

Sounds like a sanitation is issue.
Do you swab both the inj. area and vial stopper? And do you change pins after drawing?

Maybe it's time to switch to oral Winnie.
