    Was just wondering how long it takes for a person running clen to shed some fat off and how many pounds after a 6wk cycle of 6000mcg's, assuming diet is in check as well. I started today at 80mcg's a day and havnt really noticed any kind of headaches shakes or even a major increase in my heart rate or temperature. Only thing that was different was i felt more fatigued during my workout which led to it being shorter.

    You should see some fat come off in a weeks time.

    the gear is legit, so im thinking i should double the dosage tomorrow to actually feel it, any opinions?

    There is no reason why 80mcg isnt getting the job done. You could double the dosage to 160mcg tho like you said (but taper up to it).

    Thanks for the reply bro, any idea of how much fat i should expect to shred at the end of the cycle? and fat/muscel ratio

    There is no way for me to predict this, esp not knowing your stats, diet, and dosage. You should see some great fatloss in the first 2-3 wks, then it will rapidly slow down.

    I just started a 2week clen cycle at 60mcg am, 60mcg around 1:00pm. I know this stuff is legit. During the day I noticed sweating and I rarely sweat. It's supposed to up your body temp and that's how it burns calories. It's 9:00pm right now and I've still got the shakes!

    dont jump right into 160mcg. This is the one drug that gives you really shity short term sides. It is rough if you have never used it before and go right to a high dose.

    yea i plan on increasing it tomrorow to 30 mcg x 3 i guess im just trying to see results too fast, and i should be happy i dont have the shakes, but at the same time i feel liek its not working cause im not getting the sides.

    Don't worry about that.
    Like Mike said, go ahead and taper upwards. The most effective dosage is generally 120-160mcgs, obviously this varies with the individual, but this range is also indicative of the safe upper limit. To their regret, many have ventured and plateaued past this...not recommended whether you feel it working or not.

    you cant just double your doseage bc u dont have headaches, consider yourself lucky bc u dont have negative sides, taper up by 20 mcjs/day until you find a comfortable working dose. Also i play basketball and clen def makes me fatigue way before I normally would, would like to know why?

    I notice a difference after 1-2 weeks of using. yes, 80 mcg should get the job especially if it is legit. I get mine from AR-R and have had great results. I dont think you need to go any higher than 120-140 mcgs max.

    yes, i would like to know why, ive read many articles but havnt had that question answered. i tapered up to 40mcgX3 right now tomorrow i think ill go with 45 and ride it out. Thanks for all the great advice guys
