question about next cycle?

just wonderring about what i'm gon include in my next cycle??

3rd cycle
4 years training
age 24
6'2''
210 lbs
around 10% bf

this will be a 10 week cycle

sustanon 250 or test enanthate ?? Best choice for a better lean mass?

And Deca or Equipoise ? maybe i'll extend up to 12 week if so.

Oh forget last 4 week i'll take winstrol tabs

test e is better than sustanon , cuz sustanon is total crap imo. Deca will give you more gains than eq, because this is your third cycle, and ypur AR's arn't virgin anymore.

Last cycle i use nolva 40mg for 4 week pct(just started on the last week of cycle with 20mg)

i never use an AI cause i always add a good recuperation with tribulus and natural test booster.

But this time i think i will prevent and add a good AI. What should it be?? I'm gon use letro during cycle for sure...very sensitive to gyno so. Any opinion?
