Requesting a blood test through the VA
When you request blood-work done through the VA, are they allowed to report their findings to the military if you're still serving in the Guard?
Before I start my cycle I want to get my values checked, but I only have insurance through the VA since I'm a student. I'm afraid they might report my later test values to my Guard Unit. I know it's far-fetched, but I'm not sure of the legality of this issue.
Should I be honest with my VA doctor about my AAS use?
Thanks!

I would not get any bloodwork done through the VA, not beacause I would be tooo worried about them reporting any high values, but because it will become a permant record that could bite you in the ass at a later date. And no, I would not disclose AAS usage to my VA doc.

For obvious reasons, all aas bloodwork should be conducted as independently as possible.

If you are still in the guard I would recommend getting you work done outside of the VA. You are correct all positive results will be reported due to your active duty. Some blood work can get expensive so you might do a little research first.
