Again we don't know what is in the fake so how are we to know how bad it is for you. If it is just saline you will be fine if it is anthrax you might die. Then again some fakes have product in them although usually they are either less expensive drugs or weaker dosages then what you would want. The bottom line is if you know it is fake don't take it.
