Long time since I have posted but I respect allot of peoples knowledge on this board and wanted some feedback. My goals for this upcoming cycle are to gain about 10-15 solid pounds after I lose the water weight and few other pounds that happen. This is my third real cycle(did some sust in college but did it so poorly I don't really count it).
My previous cycles were:
400 mg Test Cyp/week for 12 weeks
300 mg EQ/week for 10 weeks
500 mg Test cyp/week for 10 weeks
50 mg winny/every 3rd day 10 weeks
My results were about 7 solid pounds from the first cycle and about 5 from the second cycle, would hae been better but I let my diet go after the first one and broke my hand after the second one. Tough lessons learned.
So my stats are 6' 182 currently, 27 years old and 7-8% bodyfat, I work at a gym as a trainer and have been measured by several people and get 7 from some and 8from others. My diet is on point and I am going to up my calories approx 500 calories for the cycle.
So heres my proposed cycle, have done about 20 hours of research and was going to run Tren but go scared off by the sides.
600mg/week Test Cyp weeks 1-12
20mg Dbol/ED weeks 1-4
400 mg EQ/week weeks 1-10
100mg masteron/EOD weeks 6-12
I am getting an AI for the bloat and getting the PCT as well, not sure what I am going to run yet but will have it taken care of by the start of the cycle. I am going to the doc to get my blood work and then will start after that, sometime around Sep 15.
