I had (25) 50mg dbol left over from last cycle which was last year. Is it still good? It was liquid capsules. Kept them in the bottle and in the garage the whole time.

If kept in a dry location they should be fine.

It was dry, but it was hot!

The heat can and will degrade it but either way it will still be effective, it just may not be 100% the dosage. For example 5mg tablets may now only contain 4mg.
