I work really long hours somedays, like 13 hours and its about 1/2 hour to 45 mins each way....Im out my house at 530 and not back till almost 8 .......I still get to the gym but My questioon is when I get back at liek 10 ..1030 it that too late for a protein shake? I know it does not have many carbs if any so its caories and protein...I dont eat regurarly past 9...
