    Is too much a good thing a bad thing

    At my work.... it gets pretty boring so throughout the day i have a make shift pull up bar and do 10 - 15 reps through out the day atleast 10 times..mayb 15 I also do iso curls.....This is usually every day and I still go to the gym at night when im done with work.....SO does doing this hinder my maximum results i can acheive in the gym'?

    YES, absolutely. You need to give your body time to rest and recuperate. What you should do is abs, that you can do everyday in fact do a set for me I need the extra ab work.
