For sub-q injections only, and it looks like it only connects to insulin vials.

As I already do with my Novapen and Humapen, simply empty out the insulin vial and fill with your favorite subq water-based injectable (GH, IGF or slin)

That's a good idea. This would be perfect for my GH. Just checked the price on this thing though, yikes!!!
