Test question
What is the general consensus on using a little bit of test to kickstart your training again?
Do most people consider this a waste as you have not yet plateued?
Or
Is this a good idea to get back into training and get back to where you left off, at a faster rate?
Talking about 3ml @ 100mg/ml a week of prop.

what exactly are you saying here?
have you had a layoff from the gym and want to jump straight on a cycle of gear?_____________________

I would wait on the test, you have muscle memory and when you start back up lifting you will make great gains naturally. Wait till you plateu before you consider using gear. GL

been going about once or twice a week for several months now. lost about 10 - 20% strength. Want to get fitter and lose fat but get stronger and leaner at same time. Thinking about running 3ml a week for 8 weeks to assist getting back there.
I am not looking to get massive, just leaner and better. am fairly solid at 143kgs. Want to drop 20kgs but keep the strength and muscle size.

using test prop.
also wanted to know if at 3ml a week for 8 weeks whether anyone my test levels would be back to normal in about 6 weeks after i stopped.

i know. I guess I am trying to get people to convince me as i want it the easy way. Am not looking to make max gains, just get leaner and back to my normal (larger size) faster. It was a silly question.

i have a drug test coming up soon - prob around november. I have a little bit of test prop left and want to convince myself to use it or not. i want to get leaner while maintaining size, but for it to be out of my system.
As i said before i know the answer, but I want a quick solution.
