ya buddy perfect beast hasa badass faq that realy helps break down everything all about clen, u cant just run 4 weeks straight u need to run 2 on 2 off 2 on 2 off etc.. while on your prone to cramping so make sure u have enough potassium and arginine in your system. Also i take l-cartinine and fish oils with mine and my fat loss/vascularity is insane
