take a sleeping pill. i tried one not on roids though but within a half an hr it knocks u out man its hard to keep your eyes open :-)

what makes you think its from sustenon,is it the pain keeping you up?
if so try ibeprofren,800 mg every few hrs will help
if its somthing else try niquil or tylenol pm ,or somthing like that
Any gear I have tried makes me lose sleep.
no shit. eversince i started on sus250 i have been getting up at around 2 am every freaking day, not a single day is missed that i don't get up. and i am up for about 2-3 hours then i go into a very light sleep. i have the same problem bro. I personally don't like the sleeping pills because of all the nightmares associated with it (well for me at least), and feeling like shit in the mornings isn't something i am looking for either.

i sleep great all the time. on a cycle or not. i have no problems sleeping. try some of the liquid relaxation or ghb alternative.
smoke a fatty or a chronic bowl and you'll pass right out!!

If i can't sleep i just pop a tylenol 3....maybe i shouldn't be suggesting this :D But kava kava should help you relax and calm down to make sleeping easier.
