    my Clenbuterol dosage

    Hi guys,
    I want to use clen to end my last month of dieting with it so I can lose the remaining fat , I will take it like that:
    day1 to day4 60mcg
    day5 to day8 80mcg
    day9 to day12 100mcg
    day13 to day14 120mcg (I dont know if its safe to take 120mcg!!)

    what do you think about the progression of the dosage and the dosage itself ?

    Besides,the clen I will be using is an Italian clenbuterol called Monores (0.02mg/tab), if its not good I still have time to get the Bulgarian or the Swiss clen.

    If this is your first run, I'd recommend starting at 20mcgs. And it's alright to progress by 20mcgs daily until you reach your desired level.
    Safely optimal application is considered 120-160mcgs, obviously depending on the individual tolerance and preferance.

    so you recommend strating by 20mcg then 40mcg then 60mcg ect... til I reach 120mcg?
    so it will be like :
    day1 20
    day2 40
    day3 60
    day4 80
    day5 100
    day6 to day14 120

    that will make 9 days of 120mcg!

    Yes, this is a good way of running it. If the sides get to much, just back down on the dosage for a day or two and try to work back up. Everybody responds differently to clen , so max dosages will vary.

    i suggest checking your BP while you are on it. after week one, and at about 80-100 mcs a day my BP was 150/92. i'm normally text book 120/80 all the time. was a little alarming. i get shakey hands and muscle tremmers on it too. burns fat like a mo fo tho. leanest i've ever been. however, i'm not sure i will stay on for much longer. don't like how i feel on it. just my experience with it.

    so I changed my plan to this :

    Day1: 60mcg
    Day2: 80mcg
    Day3: 80mcg
    Day4: 100mcg
    Day5: 100mcg
    Day6-Day12: 120mcg
    Day13: 100 mcg
    Day14: 80 mcgs

    we cant just tell you how much to take each day bc we cant monitor you... its more complicated than just asking how much bc everyone is different, i never run my clen over 120 but i have a friend my size who takes 120 mcjs like its nothing and has no shaking at all..just see what works for you.
