    Newbie needs advice

I am 33 years old, 6'2 and 183lbs. I am somewhere around 7% body fat, I work out daily and would say I am pretty good shape. I (like an idot) took an 8 week cycle of sust300, thats all I took. Then I found this site and started reading. I haven't done anything in about 5 weeks now and am looking to find the best cycle to bulk more. I only gained about 10lbs with the sust, but I wasn't taking it correctly from what I have read. Any advice would be appreciated.

Bad news is you shouldn't do a cylcle with your stats, you really need to work on getting your diet and training perfect first

I work my chest, back, and abs on mon wed and fri.
on tues, thursday and sat I work my arms and legs

I have tried several protein and creatine powders with no results. I have been lifting since I was 16, but never gain what I want. Just guessing I would say I take in about 1500 calories a day.

man, 1500 calories is way, way off. I take between 4500 and 5200 every day. I use a program called FitDay and enter everything I eat in there. No way you will grow like that. Also your routine needs some work, check out the diet forum and then look for a better routine.

I'm sure you eat more than that but what you laid out isn't really a diet. The first step is getting your diet right if you want to see results. Steroids +bad diet=crappy gains. Looks like you are in the gym too much for what you want to acheive. Post what exercises you do on those days.

Through relentless eating. I set my alarm and eat every 2 hours from the time I get up, all day. Read up on bulking diets in the diet forum. I'm not talking eating pizza and fries either, good whole foods.
And nice bike, I've got a couple R1's and an FJ1200 drag bike.

Also try only working each body part once a week. see how ya go with that.

Thanks man, always good to see other stunters!
I definately need to work on the diet, seems I don't eat as much as I thought. I have a very high metabolism as well, very discouraging when it comes to gaining weight.

My metabolism is the same, i was 77kgs when i started training and 6"7' you can imagine how skinny i was. im up 102kgs now and eat like a pig just to maintain. I find 4000 cals is needed for me to maintain and 4500 ta 5000 needed comin into summer to get up around 110 kgs.
Sometimes it feels like all i do is eat and sleep but its all worth it come summer.
