I am on like my umteenth millionth shot here, ok maybe not that many but this is the first time this happened. ok so I injected my right glute with 150 mgs prop. third week of eod shots and it stung pretty good putting the needle in more than the norm I would say aspirated and plunged. thought it went fine. the next day ass hurt like a mofo and I got the major body aches and a fever, whatever maybe test flu, **** it. but now four days after shot my ass muscle is very hard, rigid and sore as hell in an area about 7" long and 2" wide and you can see that the cheek looks pretty puffed up looks like its on roids compared to the other one lol. anyway the fever broke today and no more body aches and appetite is back but site is sore and swollen but not red. dont hurt as much as yesterday either. I swabbed with alcohol and the whole nine and have done a shot in each delt since then with 0 pain. I never get pain in delts but my glutes are usually sore for days just not this extreme. did I hit a nerve or what? I dont know what went wrong.can I just shoot delts on a eod cylce or would that be to hard on em?

No you need to mix up injection spots for sure. I dont know what to tell you about the swelling though. I have never had a shot that leaves me in pain or swollen.

Probably was infected but mild enough for your body to fight it off. The swelling should subside in a few days.
