I'm on Winny 300mg oral/wk.Recommendations:100 eod, 50 ed? and do you split through out the day or all at once in the am?

190lbs (started out at 210,which I lost natural but I can't seem to shake the excess around mid sec)
29 ys old
train 3-4wk
cardio/mma 2/wk
been training steady for 18 months.

diet: good

cycle: one half ass cycle of sust 3 months ago. I tried again recently, but the sh@# proved to be beat..again. I just got my hands on the winny and I belive to be legit. I'm working on getting test e,cyp or propto run w/.

First, if you are trying to get the midsection gone, its going to have to do with diet. Get in check. Second, I would just run, a test only cycle, since the other 2 didn't go so well. Third, get a pct aligned, its possibly the most important. Fourth, if you don't want to run, test only, atleast run some type of test/winnie cycle together. Lastly, If you run the win only, get something to help with the sides, and remember orals are harsh on the liver.

some people dont seem to worry about the limp dick thing, anyways mate split it up in the am and a 30-60 min before exercise. good luck on your win only cycle.

You need to KNOW what it is you are sticking in your body and exactly what it does BEFORE you start sticking it in

Winny has an effective half life of about 8-12 hours so EOD is NOT good

The dose should be split to at least ONCE A DAY if not twice....

Diet is key, AAS only aids the process

PCT is the most important part of ANY cycle

maybe your previous cycles failed because you really didnt' know what you are doing and expect the steroids to be magic that you just take and *POOF* you get results.....It DOESN'T work that way

not sure of your goals

I would go with a single ester Test like Test Prop, Test Cyp, or Test Enanthat

Prop is shot ED and can be painful
Cyp and En, are twice a week shots

but AGAIN....they are NOT magic and you got to have EVERYTHING else in line starting with

PCT
DIET
Training
Rest
