A little advise please

I just started my first cycle of 500mg Test E a week on Monday night. It appears I made several mistakes on my first injection and i am paying the price. First I may have hit a nerve in my glute, I slowly pushed the pin in, it did not hurt, then when I was almost all the way in it felt like a sharp pain that made me pull the needle out. The pain from that only lasted about 3 minutes so I decided to do it again about an inch away and this time there was no pain. So I pulled back on the plunger to ariate the injection and a few air bubbles came into the syringe. Here is the next big mistake that I can see, I decided to frontload so I began injecting 3.5 cc's of test E in an estimated 45 sec's. None of the whole injection process hurt at all and I said to my self this is too easy.

About 24hrs later my glute started to get sore but I just put it off to normal soreness. I worked out with some discomfort but nothing major. Early in the morning on Wednesday is when the injection site swelled up and I could
barely move. Wednesday afternoon I had all the symptoms of the Test Flu (chills, body aches, elevated temp, extremely tired), This continued on into thursday night when I began iceing and heating the injection site. It's now Friday morning, the swelling has gone down a little but it still hurts like hell.

I did my second injection this morning, and instead of 3.5cc in one spot I split the injection into 1.75cc in each quad, following up by massaging each area for about 10 mins.

Over the last couple days I have done a ton of research about test flu and the siatic nerve and found that many people have had the same problem.

Questions:
What has caused all this pain and flu? Did I hit a nerve? Too much test for one injection? Is it because it's my first time?

How do I avoid this from happening again?

Sidenote: This is not to bag on the very knowledgable people in this forum, but after all the research I did before I started my cycle it seemed to me that the injection portion of the cycle was a very trivial task, so I took it very litely. For the sake of all those newb's that follow me I think that a sticky should be made to specifically address this topic.

3.5 cc for first injection seems like an awful lot for first inject into virgin muscle. imo i wouldve spread the dosage out over the first week. split your dosage out to inject every 3.5 days for the rest of your cycle and you should be fine. also try injecting slower!

What has caused all this pain?
NERVES CAUSE PAIN SO IT'S VERY LIKELY.
and flu?
SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE RIGHT AGAIN, RUN SOME SEARCHES ON "TEST FLU".
Did I hit a nerve?
YOU DON'T NEED TO FULLY EXTRACT THE PIN (EACH INJ. DULLS IT SIGNIFICANTLY), RATHER PULL BACK AND CHANGE YOUR ANGLE UNTIL YOU ARE PAIN FREE.

Too much test for one injection? Is it because it's my first time?
I AGREE WITH ZIPP HERE, DON'T MEASURE YOUR DOSAGE BY THE CC/ML, INSTEAD COUNT MGS. OF WHICH YOU WANTED 500, THEN DETERMINE THE MG:CC/ML RATIO.
THE QUESTION IS HOW MANY MGS PER ML DOES YOUR BOTTLE READ?

How do I avoid this from happening again?

first off that is too much for one injection... i believe max you want is 2cc's..... should have split it up into 2 injections IMO... I dont know enough about the test flu as to tell you whether or not it came from injection but my guess is that it would just be an adverse reaction your body has to it..as this is your first cycle

3.5cc in an estimated 45 seconds is also way too fast in my opinion, I like to inject very slowly.

wow that is alot..... just looking at that in the syring would make me cringe haha whatever works bro...

Ok so I did my second injection on Friday and I made sure I did everything right including separating 3.5 cc into two separate injections into my quads, injected very slowly, and massaged the injection site alot throughout the day. Since about friday night I can barely walk. It always going to be this way? Has anybody had problems with the ec oil sachets?

I've used from sachets with no problems at all, while others have had to dilute the mix to make it tolerable.

could be the juice. could be vigrin muscles. i never did over 1cc for a long time. all your muscles are new to injections so you can expect some soreness.
