    need bones growth

Nature gave me a narrow frame with thin bones. Narrow shoulders, narrow hips, thin wrists. All I need is a little broader frame, and a couple of centimetres of extra-height would at all be fantastic. Please advise whether steroids can help here.

Thanks a lot in advance. Any input greatly appreciated.

Yeah, gh could possibly help. Nothing is a miracle drug though, and the investment into gh is most likely not worthwhile.

Gh wont do anything for the growth of your bones length wise if your growth plates have closed. If your still a teenager then you might have a shot at it if youre lucky, but then you shouldnt be posting on this board if youre that young.

It is possible for gh to cause some new bone growth but I hope you have a big bank account. I run 10iu's a day and I haven't seen any noticeable growth in the past 4 months. I've run it as long as 10 months straight and I still didn't see any difference.

If you run a high dose (expensive) maybe if your lucky you will experience bones growing thicker... If you have gone past puberty, there wont be any more lengthening of bones... Id throw in some nice testosterone enanth or something too....

Exactly right, thats my experience too almost identical. I really dont think there is anything you can do to change the thickness of your bones much. I do know that heavy resistance training has been shown to increase it somewhat, but i dont think to that great of a degree. Pretty much stuck with what nature gave you. Sometimes having smaller sized bones is good in bodybuilding though, since it give you smaller looking joints which make your muscles look bigger.

    barry bonds

thanks to everyone for the replies.

What give me the thought that my bones could grow was the rumour that the baseball player Barry Bonds has grown in the aftermath of taking some steroids . His feet, it is alleged, grew from size 10,5 to size 13. Even his skull has grown, they say. What do you think of this ?

I understand that "hgh" stands for human growth hormone , right ?

    Thanks to you all, guys.

Swelling of the feet, hands, and forehead are sides of gh.

Just look at Jay Cutler and his cromagnum man head and jaw.

There's always got to be that one person who chimes in with the "Your head, jaw and feet are gonna be huge from using GH" comment. I used to have a signature under my posts that said,"To hell with genetics, give me some HGH". GH along with IGF, insulin and AS has completely altered my bodies symmetry. No I'll never have the frame of a heavy weight like Jay Cutler but take a look at my father and what I used to look like at 170 pounds soaking wet and tell me that you can't change genetics.

Omg that is killing me. Anyways yeah GH is supposed to thicken the bones, and if your plates aren't fused as others have said you can experience growth. Aside from that though get to the gym and start hitting the weights. I used to be "thin boned" as you call it but since i have put on 30lbs I am no longer "thin boned" as you put it. GL with growing.

OK. You cant change your genetics. Yes you can change muscular skeletal growth. I weighed 180lbs out of the military in 93. Now I'm at 290. My height, shoe size, hat size and bone density have not changed just skeletal muscle. This in no way changes my genetics

I had this friend who was 5'1 and doctor gave him gh at 18. 1 year later he is 5'6 and his bones are thicker all over he even said his dick grew a inch. I guess it all depends if your still growing

Yeah, some are late bloomers. I was 6 foot tall at age 14 and never grew an inch more, still 6 foot. So it all depends on your genetics for that. Suppose if I had taken Gh at age 12 I might have grown taller, but right now I wish I were a bit shorter! Being tall really isnt that great for bodybuilding.

Put some more mass on you and your frame will appear bigger, thicker, and wider.
