Say what?!?! Dude you can get over your fear of needles... You have to... Shoot no1 was more scared of needles than I was... I have no problem with needles now it's quick and painless, you'll see after your first time.

Oh and forget about TRENBOLONE. !st time guys should use test enthanate

The first time I shot in my quads, my whole body was sweating buckets and my heart beat so fast, I thought I was going to die of heart failure. But once you push it in and slowly go deeper, the initial pinprick pain will subside and you'll feel much more confident.

I STILL hate needles.... and I have darted myself plenty of times now, and I still get the jitters before I do it, every single time. Something about needles just doesn’t sit well with me. It's like Rodents. I have a deep seeded fear of them.

But the bright side is... I am the EXCEPTION to the rule. YOU (like most people), will likely grow use to doing it and overcome your fear of them pretty quickly.

Someone suggested using Short esters. I would have to agree. The more you have to hit yourself, the faster you will get use to doing it, and overcome your fear (IMO).

yea welcome to the club, i have an anxiety disorder so im one of those who has probs with it as well.im weird cause i started out fine with it and the longer ive gone the worse my anxiety has gotten about it even though ive never really had a bad experience, go figure.anyway my wife gives me most of my shots, i do it if i HAVE to but really dont like it.its all good just get through it somehow as the results r worth the anxiety.

I was never scard of needle after I past the age of 16. used to give blood and it never bothered me also getting them at the doc. First shot of first cycle I sat in the bath room with the pin less then inch away from my quad for like 30 min, just thinking and I really going to do this. (and like some one else said was dripping sweat and heart was pounding) First couple weeks I was the same way with every shot just not as much time sitting there. Now I does not even phase me , push pin right in. would not say I love shots but no effect

I give shots, do IV's, central lines, IO's (Drill IV in bone), surgical crics (Cut hole in cricothyroid membrane of neck for breathing tube) and I still get a little shakey before a injections. You just do it. It's that easy.

I was in the same boat, scared to death of needles, but when it came time I picked up my sack and stuck myself. As long as you dont hit a nerve there is almost no feeling or pain at all, at least for me. Even though I am only on my third injection it is really easy to do now, and just last week I thought I would never beable to do it. You can avoid any complications or soreness by doing a ton of research on proper injecting techniques especially if you are ordering your gear online.

I am using 20 gauge pin's, when most people go smaller with either 23 or 25 gauge.

Since I had never done an inject before it looked like the right size and it did not hurt when I inserted into either of my quads of glute. Up until recently after doing research on proper injecting techniques (woop's maybe should have done that before the first shot) I had never really seen any posts talking about it, though now it appears I just was not paying attention.

Why? A guy at the gym said this was the best thing for a combination of what I wanted (Lean up, get stronger, addition of lean muscle mass). I know nothing about it, so don't beat me up to bad for asking. I'm just trying to figure out if this guys knows what he is talking about. He said for my first cycle I would do 1.5 ccs every other day. How does that sound?

im on my 10th or so shot, i still get nervous here and there. I was cool with it, until i hit a nerve and peirced a vein and blood shot all over, now i get a tad bit sketched when i inject. Haha i bet this just scared you more. But, as long as you aspirate and keep your shit sterile, nothing bad will happen
