scammers, because you could get plenty of people pm'ing you telling you they have what you are looking for, and just take your money. This site is to ask for advice on safe use, not to locate a source.

I have a idea. How about when you sign up you have to agree that you read all the rules. Then when you agree you take a 5 question test and if you get 1 wrong your done. lol
