    ice?

    i just had a shot of stanazol and it hurts like hell can i put ice on it to soothe the pain or something like that?

    better if u apply a soaked towel in hot water around the affected area, i done it did work for
    me...

    I use both. Ice and heat, heat more so, like a hot hot bath.
