    N E 1 Use these spots to inject?

    Top of the thigh (vastus medius I believe) or anterior delts? Experience would be nice. Thanks

    Anterior delts yes, but shooting your vastus medialis I would recommend against due to high possibility of hitting your femoral artery. Stick to the vastus lateralis.
