Test question...
Hey bros! Today is the start of my 6th week of my first cycle (Test C/EQ). It's just strange, because I really don't feel much of a difference in terms of strength, but apparently, it's obvious to everyone else that I'm on something because I've seen physique changes. I was just called into my bosses office and she asked me if I "was on steroids ."
Is it still too early to really feel the Test kicking in?

if u didnt frontload then id say ur right on track. alot of bros dont really see alot of strength until 6-8wks or so.if ur seeing alot of physical changes which it sounds like u r that its all working, so far so good...did ur boss really ask u that? sounds a little odd to me, what do u do that she would even ask that?

Maybe you need to start training harder, alot of strength increase is phycological rather then waiting for it to kick in, make it kick in.

Do you keep a training journal? That way you could track all your lifts and see what gains you've made throughout your cycle.
