Question Regarding Injection Schedule for Test E

I've read that injecting everyday is optimal for keeping the blood plasma levels stable. However, I've also read that every 3.5 days is optimal. Now, I was originally planning on doing this every 5 days for my upcomming cycle, but all this discussion and no consistant opinions are confusing the hell out of me!

Would I really notice the difference between running injections every 3 or say, 3.5 days, than if I did it every 5 days? If I wanted to inject this frequently, I could have just done a cycle of test prop.

it depends on the ester in the compound your using
test e and c best 3.5 days but once a week will work
test p everyday but everyother will work
suspention 2-3 times a day
