    eye muscle

I was wondering if there is anybody out there with knowledge on improving the musculature of your eyes such as focusing, specifically steroids to aid optical exercises. Any input would be appreciated.

There has been the occasional report that the use of HGH helped improve vision. I have yet to see a "real" study to that fact though.

vision problems are usually caused by lense shape not musculature

vision problems such as focusing for reading are due to water loss and stiffining of the lens material as you age. In other words it can't be squished as flat because it is firmer, not because the muscles are weaker.

cold, Ill look into the HGH. Karatos you are on point about the lens shape, I should have made the question more specific. I currently have 20/20 vision. I was curious about possibly improving my reaction time of focusing on objects at different distances. I have been doing some visual exercises to try to improve it to say 20/15 and reaction time, I realize that this is pretty much impossible naturally. I was hoping that someone knew about some study about some kind steroid or corticosteroid that could help, I realize this is probably a shot in the dark, but, I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks for your response.

I wouldn't jump on the hgh bandwagon so fast... What's wrong with 20/20 that you have to improve upon it...does your line of work require such acute sight?

My reaction time seems to be diminishing, so yes it might require it. Help would be appreciated.
