I am doing as much research as possible. I will admit it is somewhat confusing . I am not going to start anytime soon . My stats are 5"9 208 bf about 17%, been running prohormones for about a year now on and off cycles. Sustanon mg/week 250 for 8 weeks
Dianabol mg/day - Twice a day for 5 weeks
Deca mg/week -8 weeks 100mg to 400
this will be for 8 weeks
I am also doing research on pct.... they said this was a BEGINNER STRENGTH & BULK CYCLE .
