Test-E Cycle with AI or SERM

Im about to do a Test-E cycle of 500mg/week
I am 5'8 210lbs and 17%bf.
I wanna reduce some BF down to 10% or less and read Proviron could help this process.
If I do proviron with my cycle, do I run it through the whole cycle up till two weeks after completion of cycle then PCT? Or is there a certain way to cycle it?
Would clomid do the same thing?

Losing BF is predominately your diet, not the compounds you run. Personally, I would use an ECA/ECY or clen before cycling the Test E to get my bf% to 10-12. After that run the Test E with proviron if you wish, as well as the proper ancillaries. Test E tends to cause water retention in many individuals, and is not *usually* used as a cutting agent, although it certainly can be used this way. Test P is generally associated with cutting cycles. Clomid will not do the same thing, as clomid is a SERM, and will work to get your natural test production back up after cycle. Clomid is usually started ~2 weeks after the last Test E inject in conjunction with nolvadex. An AI is an aromatase inhibitor, which will penetrate cell membranes to effectively stop aromatization to estrogen, such as letro or exemestane.
