    Question what should I use

    I have statred to work out, and want to start using injector steroids what type, should I use. I am 6'5 328 I am 26 years old I dont know my body fat I have no experience in bodybuilding. my diet, I do not eat foods with alot of fat anymore. I was on a diet that had me loosing weight, but loosing weight is not a problem I like my size, I just want muscle. I dont know how much info you need like I said I am completly green when it comes to bodybuilding I just need to know what type I should buy, oral or injectors. Im asking to be schooled so I dont f**k myself up.

    At this point the best advice I could give you is to give it some time. Get a good solid base down with respect to your workouts and hit the diet forum to get an idea of what and how much to eat. While your doing that you can read the profiles on all aas and get an idea of what they do and you can decide what your goals are.

    You can't turn fat into muscle, and at your present size to try to bulk up from there then cut would be next to impossible in my opinion, I agree that you should read up in the diet forum, get your body fat measured, then work on getting below 20% before you even consider gear. To get the most from it I would say get below 15%, but opinion on this varies.
