work out routine
my current routnie is
back
chest
shoulder
arms
legs
ive been doing this for quiet sometime and just need a change..
would it be better to do
back/ bi
chest/ tri
or
chest bis
back tris
put in your two cents

wrong forum but i think chest/tri, back/ bis is better. keeps your push and pull workouts on same day
