I understand that you are asking about the injection pain, but you do see the purpose behind injecting long esters twice a week correct? I can't speak for the pain since I have no idea what lad of gear you are using and I have only used mine. But IMHO shoot twice a week. Possibly less sides with a more stable blood level. Test C should be shot every 3.5 days regardless of how much you are shooting.

Keeps blood levels more stable for bodybuilding purposes

For HRT low dose, it can be shot once a week or less

yep its gonna hurt cause you'll do it wrong but you'll learn after a while. Massage the area with a balled up fist really hard right after the shot for a few minutres

There is no harm, but not much of a point. Stick to the dosing protocol for the ester you are using, unless you're frontloading.
