Whats the difference of Pgr GYNO, and regular Gyno? Is Nolva 20mg ED good for 500mg of Test Cyp weekly?

Can you please give us some stats and history so we can better answer your question ?? but for now , Nolva at 20 mgs while on a 500mg/wk cycle can be good for gyno prevention. Also could just have nolva on hand in case gyno sides occur than start using then until symptoms subside..

you don't even have to think about progesterone gyno while on test only. It only comes into play with 19-nor compounds (nandrolone , and tren ). Control estrogen with either an AI (letro, arimidex , aromasin ) or nolvadex .

i don't have lumps, nipples that hurt. for the last 3 weeks there has been a cone shape that starts just above my nipple. it started with the left, and now its my right also.

Start running some nolva or AI of your choice and see if the cone/swelling subsides.

Thanks Amorphic ,I have benn running nolvadex 20 mg Ed for aprox 2 weeks any idea when it should kick in.

Should be kicking in at about that time, if you dont notice any improvement, you can try letro at .25mg a day. Be advised that letro is powerful stuff and will eliminate almost all the estrogen in your body. This can reduce gains on cycle, but it will dry you up nice.
