I probably don't eat as well as I could, but I'm a college kid and don't have much of a choice what I eat. either what's at home or what's in the cafeteria. But I'd say my average is like 2 or 3 bowls of cereal for breakfast or about 6 waffles, a bowl of soup and a sandwich for lunch, some salad maybe, or hot dogs and beans. and mostly steak and chicken for dinner or pasta. I just have a crazy metabolism, i'll eat twice as much as all of my friends and won't gain weight. I need to eat like an animal to keep my weight where it is. But You are right my diet could be adjusted and when I do start my cycle this time I will make sure to eat as well as I can.
