    2nd Cycle: TrenE, Test E, Winn E, oops er Winny

    OK so I have been training really freaking hard for the last two years and Im finally down to 12-13% BF

    about six months ago i started tracking my diet to the gram and actually went from 23%BF in december to 12% now. i do hard cardio twice a week, specific muscle groups workouts 3x week, and then a full body hard core workout with complex movement with a trainer once a week.

    So I am going to start my second real cycle an would like comments on it. but dont be d|cks. my goal with my cycle is i would like to cut up, get to 9% BF, and loose sticky fat on lower back

    here are my stats: 203 Lbs 12%BF 6' 33yo. Ive been training for most my adult life, time but been very dedicated the last 2 years. 2 years ago i stopped using drugs and started going to the gym instead. i now workout as hard as i used to party, and with the same commitment LOL

    about a year ago i was on HGH for 6months (money blown down the tube). then in apr I was on a 10wk test cyp 500/wk, EQ 600/wk cycle. afterwards i did 4 wks PCT and kept all the strength gains. during this cycle and during PCT i was on IGF. i didnt have any sides besides insomnia and hot skin, and only when i first started the cycle.

    so here is what i want to do now:
    tren e 300mg every 3.5 days
    test e 150mg every 3.5 days
    winny 75mg ED

    I'll start the test 1 wk before and finish 2 wks after last tren dose. I'll frontload both on the first doses. I will use tren and winny for total of ten wks, test for 13.

    I have aromasin, nolva, hcg from my last PCT, and i'll probably use aromasin 20 EOD during cycle esp if my tits start itching or growing or i start to feel girlish in any way

    like i said, any comment are appreciated. except ones like "youre nto ready for your cycle" or "wait until youre at 9% BF" or "you havent been dedicated long enough" those all may be true but i already know.

    Where to start , well lets take a look and see.

    First off dont go 10 wks with winny ( 5- 6 wks ).. and why starting test one week prior to tren E ??

    Test to low tren E to high..

    why not go with something like

    wk 1-14 test e 500 mg EW
    wk 1-12 tren e
    wk 1-6 winny 50 - 75 mg ED

    You said you ran 500 mg of test last cycle why only run 300/wk this cycle??

    i think its pretty good. i would start tren same time as test. and winny is real hard on the live so and wouldnt run it 10 weeks. 6 tops for me. trens gonna cut the fu** out u anyway.

    well, test makes me gain, but i really want to cut, so I am really only running test to keep from getting fina dick. i'll cut the winny down to 8 wks and get liver enzyme levels checked every few weeks.

    Oh and i forgot to add your nowhere near ready to juice !! You need to be 2% BF .. Sorry couldn't help myself after re reading your first post . just messing with ya .. LOL.

    Anyways I got ya !!! Please make sure to keep us posted on your results .. Glad to hear your decitated to training now a days and have gave up on partying . I give you props on that !!!

    I think that tren e dose is high ( this is your first time with tren) . If it was me I would consider lowing the tren e dose and going 12wks instead of 10wks with it.

    UPDATE:
    They calipered me at 9.56% BF at the gym which is really fvcking exciting. I weigh 215. I dont look like 9%BF though becasue I still cant see all of my a**ominals and i have visible fat deposits on lower back. To me, i look like 13%, maybe it measured really low b.c i had taken a diruretic but whatever, it' still better than the 24% i calipered at 2 years ago.

    BTW the cycle i decided on is:

    330 tren e every 3.5 days
    125 test e every 3.5 days
    winny 60 mg orally every 12 hrs

    also, at first my blood pressure was really really high, i had insomnia, and my skin was hotter than hell, but it's all back to normal now.

    Bro why you running your tren at such a high dose for a first time?i'd suggest running it at 250mg every 3.5days,and such a high dose of win?40mg every 12hrs its more then enough with tren,they'l cut you up pretty good.otherwise looks solid.good luck man

    id say up the test and drop the tren E doses... also run the winny for 6 weeks for the later half of the cycle(like say weeks 6-12)....

    So it's been a year since my last cycle. I have been cutting with diet for the last two months. I am down to 193 pounds. I think I am going to run the same cycle again.

    is this the goal for the winny? winny does not burn fat

    In my personal experience it has reduced my BF and increased the size and hardness of my muscles.
