OK so I have been training really freaking hard for the last two years and Im finally down to 12-13% BF
about six months ago i started tracking my diet to the gram and actually went from 23%BF in december to 12% now. i do hard cardio twice a week, specific muscle groups workouts 3x week, and then a full body hard core workout with complex movement with a trainer once a week.
So I am going to start my second real cycle an would like comments on it. but dont be d|cks. my goal with my cycle is i would like to cut up, get to 9% BF, and loose sticky fat on lower back
here are my stats: 203 Lbs 12%BF 6' 33yo. Ive been training for most my adult life, time but been very dedicated the last 2 years. 2 years ago i stopped using drugs and started going to the gym instead. i now workout as hard as i used to party, and with the same commitment LOL
about a year ago i was on HGH for 6months (money blown down the tube). then in apr I was on a 10wk test cyp 500/wk, EQ 600/wk cycle. afterwards i did 4 wks PCT and kept all the strength gains. during this cycle and during PCT i was on IGF. i didnt have any sides besides insomnia and hot skin, and only when i first started the cycle.
so here is what i want to do now:
tren e 300mg every 3.5 days
test e 150mg every 3.5 days
winny 75mg ED
I'll start the test 1 wk before and finish 2 wks after last tren dose. I'll frontload both on the first doses. I will use tren and winny for total of ten wks, test for 13.
I have aromasin, nolva, hcg from my last PCT, and i'll probably use aromasin 20 EOD during cycle esp if my tits start itching or growing or i start to feel girlish in any way
like i said, any comment are appreciated. except ones like "youre nto ready for your cycle" or "wait until youre at 9% BF" or "you havent been dedicated long enough" those all may be true but i already know.
