Sustan 250 cycle with proviron

i am going to to take sustanon 250 1 cc a week with proviron 25 mgs a day, give me some of your opinions

i am 24 185 6'0 slightly ectomorphic. well what is some good advice ?

I am on sust 750mg/ wk after upping it from from 500mg/wk during cyle. I have increased in bweight by18-20 pounds. This is my 1st cycle in ten yr and have experimented with the dose during cycle, i have not needed any SERMS or AI's during cycle. My strength has gone from a 150kg bench to in excess of 180kg now. I was bweight 210 but am over 228 now at 5ft 8 tall, arms 18 inch, chest 47 relaxed. I am hoping to get somewhere near a 220kg bench. This would be a good achievement considering I have only been training consistantly now for 6mths. I hope my experience may give you an insight into the effectiveness of sust in the dosage range I have mentioned.

250 mg sustanon weekly will do virtually nothing for you except shut you down and throw your blood levels all over the place mate..........
up it to 500mg weekly and you have a cycle.
sustanon taken in the correct way should be shot eod tho i know many that take it just bi-weekly with great results(they would be better taken correctly).

yes i have cycled once with test enanthate and equipoise mixed at 500 mg a week for 5 weeks
