Lil Help
I am an new MMA fighter, and looking for a good cycle. My goals are to get alot stronger not really bigger need to drop some (Diet hopefully can do that). I need something that'll help with strength and endurance if it'll help me lose some weight it would be a plus. I'm 34y/o, 5'10", 230. Wanna try and drop to 205-215. I'm also a Fire fighter on CFD so it could help me out at work as well. Fell free to PM me as well guys. Thanks a mil in sdvance for any and all the help you guys can give.

Need to get on a few more fire lines to help you drop that weight. J/K I would work on the training and diet to help get that bf% down first. Plus it will work on your cardio and enderance for fights.
Good Luck

Are you aware of the side effects this could have?

I've done a winny and equi cycle a before for football. Has for the diet thats a hard one. We eat like kings in the firehouse. I think they have some of the best cooks in the world. I generaly eat well on my days off.
Sample for today.
0900 Breakfest: Weight Control Oatmeal w/ 2 boiled eggs on whole wheat toast.
1130-1330 Boxing & Conditioning (Quick Hard circut set and 20 min on treadmil.
1400 Lunch: Grilled Chicken Pasta with tomatoe sauce and 3-4 cups of Iced tea.
1700-2000: 2 BJJ classes, MMA class and sparring.
2100: Late meal: Cup of instant noodles or smoked turkey sandwhich.

you can easily squeeze in two more meals in your daily diet and clean it up some...I'm sure with changing your diet alone, you would be surprised at the strength and LBM gains you make. Your current diet has too much time lapse between them, and your body is starving alot of the time, especially with your intense physical activity schedule...

Honestly bro, your diet is terrible. You only eat 3 meals a day, when you should really eat 6 times a day, regardless of whether you want to bulk or cut. Youre not taking in nearly enough protein either. Steroids arent gonna give you the results you want unless you improve your diet significantly first. I would head over to the diet forum and do some reading and work on improving your diet for starters
